Shipping

Delivery options, costs, and estimated dates are shown before payment. Ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces may arrive separately. Tracking is provided when an order leaves the studio.

Returns

Return eligibility and deadlines are presented with each order. Custom and altered pieces are made specifically for you and may not be returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Privacy

Eka stores only the account, address, preference, and commerce details needed to provide the service. Passwords are never stored in their original form. Virtual try-on photos remain in the current browser session and are discarded when you leave.

Accessibility

We design for keyboard navigation, readable contrast, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and reduced friction. Contact Eka through your order correspondence if any part of the experience creates a barrier.
